Work with me

What a session is like

A spiritual direction session is a spacious, gentle conversation lasting about one hour. We meet online (or in person, if possible) in a quiet, unhurried space where you can bring whatever is on your heart. There’s no agenda to “get through” — we follow what is most alive for you in that moment. Silence, reflection, and noticing where God (or the Sacred, or Love) might be moving in your life are all part of the process.

Most people find meeting every 4–6 weeks gives them time to notice and live into what emerged in the previous session. You are welcome to adjust the rhythm to fit your needs.

Finding the right fit

The relationship between spiritual director and directee is deeply personal. Before committing, I offer a free 30-minute Zoom chat so we can meet, talk about what you’re hoping for, and see if we feel comfortable working together. You can ask questions, share a bit of your story, and get a sense of my style and approach. If it feels right, we can then arrange your first full session.

What you can expect from me

  • A calm, non-judgmental presence.
  • Respect for your pace, process, and boundaries.
  • Gentle questions that help you listen more deeply to your own soul.
  • A space that is trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and neurodivergent-friendly.
  • Confidentiality and care in holding your story.

What I ask of you

  • Come as you are — no need to be “together” or have it all figured out.
  • Bring what feels real and important to you, whether that’s words, silence, emotions, or uncertainty.
  • Honour your session time by arriving on time and giving as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
  • Choose a payment point on the sliding scale that feels honest and sustainable for you.

Pricing

I offer spiritual direction on a sliding scale because I want this work to be both accessible and sustainable.

We are all navigating life with different resources — emotional, spiritual, and financial. This scale is an invitation to choose what fits your current situation with honesty and self-kindness.

Sliding scale

  • £60 — You have access to financial security, own property or rent comfortably, take holidays, and have expendable income. Paying at this tier supports others to pay less.
  • £50 — You meet your basic needs, have some expendable income, and can afford small luxuries or occasional treats. This tier sustains my work long-term.
  • £40 — You are under financial strain, have little or no expendable income, or are facing significant life changes that impact your resources.

✨ You are not required to justify your choice — I trust you. ✨
